How to Practice

  1. Sit in a comfortable, upright position

  2. Inhale deeply through both nostrils

  3. On exhale, make a gentle humming sound (like a bee)

  4. Feel the vibration in the head, chest, and body

  5. Keep lips sealed while humming

  6. Practice 5-10 rounds, focusing on the resonance
