Bhastrika — Bellows Breath

How to Practice

  1. Sit upright with spine straight

  2. Take a deep breath in through both nostrils

  3. Exhale forcefully through both nostrils like bellows

  4. Let the inhale happen naturally as a reaction

  5. Continue this forceful rhythm for 20-30 breaths

  6. Rest and breathe naturally, noticing the energy surge
