How to Practice
Sit upright with spine straight
Take a deep breath in through both nostrils
Exhale forcefully through both nostrils like bellows
Let the inhale happen naturally as a reaction
Continue this forceful rhythm for 20-30 breaths
Rest and breathe naturally, noticing the energy surge
